Please note that by depositing the aforesaid amount, you have confirmed your interest in allotment of a Apartment in the Project as mentioned in the terms below:

1. This acknowledgment of your interest in the allotment of an Apartment in the Project is subject to the realization of the amount mentioned in the EoI preference table in the first page.
2. You hereby acknowledge that your expression of interest for allotment of an Apartment in the Project is based solely on the information available on the Tamil Nadu RERA web portal related to the Project, and which you have independently and thoroughly examined, assessed and satisfied as to its contents.
3. This form is merely an acknowledgment of your interest for allotment of an Apartment in the Project as per the preference set out above and does not construe/guarantee/constitute an allotment of any Apartment in the Project.
4. Apartment in the Project will be offered for allotment on a 'first come first served' basis and as per the Priority numbers assigned to you and subject to fulfillment of all eligibility criteria to qualify for such allotment.
5. The priority number will be allocated as per the date mentioned in the EoI application form or the date of payment instrument, whichever is later
6. Allotment of an Apartment as per your preference in the EoI shall be subject to availability and at our sole discretion.
7. This EoI does not constitute any binding agreement between you and us and we shall not be obliged to allot an Apartment in the Project in your favour merely on the premise that this letter has been issued to you.
8. We will intimate you upon commencement of the process of allotment of Apartment in the Project and at which time, subject to availability, you will have the discretion to select the Apartment to be alloted.
9. Allotment of an Apartment in the Project will be confirmed only by issuance of a standard format 'Allotment Letter', which will contain details of the bank account for payment of various amounts, including the consideration amount payable towards the Apartment together with terms and conditions as mentioned therein.
10. The company has the sole and absolute right to mortgage or create any encumbrance or charge on the Project assets and receivables including on all Apartment comprised therein. you
11. In the event you decide to withdraw from the EoI for any reason or the Apartment desired by you is not available or the EoI is not fructified, the amount of ₹1,00,000/- (Standard EoI) deposited by you towards expression of your interest as aforesaid shall be refunded to you, without any interest thereon and, without assigning any reason whatsoever, within a period of 90 (Ninety) days from the date of commencement of the process of allotment of Apartment in the Project.
12. The above mentioned point ‘k’ is not applicable for Elite EoI customers. In the event Elite EoI customer decides to withdraw from the EoI for any reason whatsoever, the amount of ₹5,00,000/- deposited by the Elite EoI customer towards EoI as aforesaid will stand forfeited.
13. If the signed EoI form and the Cheque/D.D./Online payment is not received by Emerald Haven Realty Developers (Paraniputhur) Private Limited within 48 hours of receipt of the EoI, the priority number allocated to you shall automatically stand cancelled (only applicable for those who do not present the original instrument of payment at the time of EoI).
14. Apartments are being developed in phases in Project TVS Emerald Green Enclave. The terms and conditions of present EoI are restricted and applicable for Phase II only
15. Estimated Project completion date for Phase II is by 19.04.2026 with a grace period of further 6 (six) months.
16. List of amenities to be developed will be indicated in the definitive agreements to be executed in future.
