Job Purpose:

  • Handle new acquisitions across functional cities. 
  • Understanding of FDI in Real estate.
  • Negotiate with Partners on Deal commercials and Agreements  
  • Closure of Financial model and assumptions with Internal teams.
  • Run Due Diligence for Deals with Internal/External stakeholders.
  • Ensure he/she delivers deals that see timely launch.

Functional Responsibilities: 

  • Source deals through various resources (ie Channel Partners, Land owners, HNI’s, PE/NBFC Fund Houses & Partner Consultant’s)
  • Evaluate transactions on their Merits/De-merits and run prudent financial models/cash-flows to propose Management.
  • Conduct In-Depth research on Micro markets of Deal nativity and propose feasible assumptions on Product Mix
  • Have strong understanding of resident approving body’s building byelaw’s, land laws & regulations.
  • Interface/Co-ordinate overall development from all perspective viz projects, sales & marketing, liaison, legal and strategy teams.
  • Co-ordinate with Land owners’, Channel partners, Internal teams, liaison/architect consultants to ensure closure of Deal.
  • Conduct eye for detail Due Diligence and foresee the risk and propose hands-on mitigation strategy to management.  
  • Close transactions and work closely with Internal teams to ensure hassle free handover for PCP and launch. 
  • Develop strong relationship with Partners/landowners to ensure strong pipeline of Deals at any given time. 
  • Perform market research on Competitors, product typologies, sale trends, price movement and upcoming Infra/policy developments on Realty sector.

  • Upright knowledge on Deal Structuring & Funding
  • Excellent Financial and Business acumen
  • Eye for Detail
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Good quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
  • Smart Negotiator. 
  • Strong exposure to Business Development, Land transactions, Finance &Legal

Qualifications: Management Graduate from a reputed Business School.

Requirements: 4-5 Yrs of Work experience in Real Estate/PE.
